An Online pH Controller is an advanced electronic device used to continuously monitor and automatically control the pH level of liquids in industrial processes. It receives pH measurements from a pH sensor, compares them with a preset value, and automatically controls dosing pumps or valves to maintain the desired pH level.
The pH electrode continuously measures the hydrogen ion concentration of the liquid and sends an electrical signal to the controller. The controller compares the measured pH with the preset setpoint. If the pH is outside the desired range, it activates the dosing pump or control valve to add the required chemical. Once the correct pH is restored, the controller stops the dosing process automatically
